Thanks John again for the amazing weekend. I'm sure glad I decided to retake your class. I thought at first that 12 years of inactivity would be like riding a bike, and it wasn't!! I would have metaphorically smashed my teeth on the side of the curb if I would have had to intervene on an emergency call with using only my past knowledge. Chaque personne apportait un bagage de connaissances différent et le partage était fait avec professionnalisme. J'ai souvent observé lors de formation antérieure que l'égo des participants peut souvent nuire au bon fonctionnement de la formation, mais avec vous je sentais une ouverture et une disponibilité que j'ai peu souvent vues au cours d'une formation continue.
